Here is where you will learn about the differences between being a leader and being a Godly leader. You will participate in various exercises and take assessments that will help you discover your leadership styles, gifts and skills and you will examine what skills support Godly Leadership. You will make real life connections to evaluate your strengths and challenges and there will be group discussions and Transformation Conversations (TC) to enhance the growth, learning and developing process as a Godly Leader.
